• "Famaxo" refers to the online event booking platform.
• "User" / "You" refers to any person accessing or booking through Famaxo.
• "Event Organizer" refers to third-party individuals or organizations listing events on Famaxo.
• "Service" refers to event discovery, booking, and ticketing services provided by Famaxo.

By using Famaxo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 15 years old, or
• You are using the service under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

• Famaxo acts as an intermediary platform between Users and Event Organizers.
• Famaxo does not own, manage, or conduct events unless explicitly stated.
• Responsibility for event quality, safety, and execution lies solely with the Event Organizer.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless specified by the Event Organizer.
• You must carry a valid ticket (digital or physical) to attend the event.

• Ticket prices are set by the Event Organizer.
• All prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
• Payments must be made through Famaxo's authorized payment gateways.
• Famaxo is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or network issues.

• Cancellation and refund policies vary by event and are defined by the Event Organizer.
• Famaxo will process refunds only as per the applicable event policy.
• Convenience fees or platform fees may be non-refundable.
• Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days.

• Famaxo is not liable for event postponement or cancellation.
• In case of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will follow the Organizer's policy.

You agree:

• To provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Not to misuse the platform or attempt fraudulent bookings.
• Not to resell tickets without authorization.
• To follow event rules and venue guidelines.

Users must not:

• Use Famaxo for unlawful purposes.
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• Violate intellectual property rights.

• All content on Famaxo (logo, design, text, software) is owned by or licensed to Famaxo.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior permission.

• Famaxo shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from attending an event.
• Famaxo is not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of Event Organizers.
• Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the ticket.

Your use of Famaxo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
