a. Personal Information
- Name / Username
- Mobile number (OTP login & communication)
- Encrypted authentication data (Firebase)
b. Technical & Usage Information
Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, performance analytics.
Third-party services (Firebase, Supabase, Razorpay, hosting providers) may automatically
log IP addresses for security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics. We do not manually
store or use IPs in our own application database.
3. Online Payments
- We use secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay / UPI / Card providers.
- We do NOT store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or sensitive payment details.
- Only transaction ID, payment status, and order amount are stored for refunds and support.
- All payments follow RBI & PCI-DSS security standards.
